The women’s soccer team of Stanislaus State University is hosting a unique fan fest that will allow youth players to learn and interact with the Warriors roster while offering other family fun entertainment.
The fan fest will be taking place on Saturday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Warrior Stadium and is entirely free of charge, though youth players must register beforehand at https://tinyurl.com/StanStateSoccerFanFest.
The soccer clinic is open to children ages 4-12. To sweeten the deal, Stan State Soccer will be giving away free season tickets to the local, youth club or organization that registers the most players. The Warriors’ women’s team is slated to play 10 home games during the 2024 season that is set to get underway on Sept. 12.
Additionally, the first 500 fans will receive a fee schedule poster. The first 100 will also be receiving a free commemorative t-shirt courtesy of Crivelli’s Shirts & More.
Aside from the camp for the kids, fans in attendance will be able to meet members of the Stan State team and receive autographs. Also, there will be a number of food trucks on hand and free snow cones available.
