Dear Editor, I am not sure who to address this letter to. My family would like to highlight and publicly thank a local agency for their above-and-beyond service to our family. On the afternoon of May 11, 2016, my wife and 9 year old daughter were driving westbound on E. Main Street when a vehicle pulled out in front of them.
