With a heart full of gratitude, the city and rural letter carriers would like to thank the giving community of Turlock for donating over 6,000 pounds of cans and non-perishable food on May 11.
Once again, and for the past 17 years, you have left your donations by your mailboxes putting a smile on our faces as we deliver your mail. A little extra weight in our mailbags was carried with pleasure, knowing that many families in our community will be able to have food on their tables.
On behalf of them, and all of us at the Turlock Post Office we sincerely thank you for your generosity and we look forward to serve our community with your help next year.
— Rosalinda Rojas, letter carrier and Turlock Post Office food drive coordinator
