Bill was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Elsie in 2010, and a brother, Wallace Carlson. He is survived by his son Steve (Carmen) Silva of Delhi, granddaughter Ally Silva, and many extended family and friends. 

A Funeral Service will be held at Allen Mortuary on Friday, April 10th at 10 am. Burial with Military Honors will follow at Turlock Memorial Park. Memorial gifts are suggested for the Disabled Veterans Association. Please leave memories and condolences at www.allenmortuary.com.
