William was born in Newman, CA and passed away at the age 95 in Turlock. He was a veteran of World War II, where he served in the Air Force as a “propman” fixing propellers on airplanes. He enjoyed restoring antique cars over the years.

William is survived by his brother Norman Borba of Turlock. He is preceded in death by his parents and wife Palmira “Polly” Borba.
