Stacie Lea Murphy went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Monday, September 23, 2024. She was 57 years old.

Stacie was preceded in death by her father, Troy Murphy Jr., She leaves behind her beloved mother Sara; brother Sean Murphy (Kari); her nephew, Sean Paul Jr.; and her grandmother, Helen Murphy. She will also be missed by her aunts, Mary McMullen, Diane (Ken) Capp, and Mary (Don) Hansen, as well as her cousin and best friend, Alyse Way-Sly (Vince), and many other cousins and friends.

Stacie was born in San Pablo, California, and spent her formative years in Castro Valley, Hayward, and Turlock. She was a proud graduate of California State University Stanislaus (Summa Cum Laude), where she earned her degree in Criminal Justice.

Stacie worked for Acme Electric and considered her coworkers her second family. She was known for her kind heart, her love of animals, and her unwavering support to those around her.

Stacie was an anchor for her family and friends. She was saved by Grace, loved beyond words and will be dearly missed until we are reunited with her in Heaven.

In accordance with Stacie’s wishes, services will be private.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to your local animal shelter, in honor of her love for animals.
