Paul was born and raised in Turlock. He graduated from Turlock High School in 1969. He graduated from Armstrong business College in Berkeley, CA. Paul worked locally and resided in Modesto. In retirement he moved to Boise, ID, where he enjoyed friends and neighbors. Paul leaves behind 2 brothers in Turlock; Stephen (Noma) Arakelian and Brian (Phoebe) Arakeliean. He also leaves behind 5 nieces and nephews. His humor and insights will be greatly missed by all who knew him. No services are scheduled.
