Pamela Harrison, 56, of Turlock, passed away at Emanuel Medical Center.
Pamela was born in Southern California, and has resided in this area for a short time.
Pam was a selfless woman, she took pride and pleasure in caring for others, and that compassion shined through endlessly. She worked as a licensed vocational nurse for more than 25 years, and loved her work. Caring for others was not a job to her, but an honor. Pam was also a voracious reader, and her values were deeply rooted in her faith in Christ.
Pam was the loving mother of four, a giving and devoted sister and friend. Her close friends were treated like family. Her pure heart and open arms made her invaluable to the people in her life.
Pam is survived by her parents, Mary and Norman Chambers of Oregon; children, Michael Harrison of Poway, Derreck Hines of Santa Rosa and Becky Kerr of Oregon; siblings, Robbin Chambers of Turlock, Norman Chambers III of Oregon, Keith Chambers of Arkansas and Duane Chambers of Oregon; and four grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Michelle Harrison. Pam was deeply loved, and will be truly missed.
