Millard Butler passed away at the age of 100. He was a devout Christian and was active in his church for many years. He was a deacon in the Assembly of God church in Concord, Calif. When he and his wife moved to Turlock, he acted as an usher in the Turlock Assembly of God Church. He was a kind and loving husband and father. He will be missed forever by his wife, daughter and sons.
He is survived by his wife, Nellie Butler; children, Johnny Walter Butler of Fremont, John Paul Gaston of Reno, Nev., Jerry Ray Gaston of Brentwood and Barbara June Coy of Doyle; siblings, Charles E. Butler of Yountville and Sybil Pasco of Tennessee; eight grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Delbert, Clyde and Claude Butler.
