A private burial for Jim Roberts, 80, of Turlock, will be held at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery. He passed away at Elness Convalescent, where he was a resident for four years.
Jim was born in Texas to William and Bernice Roberts, and lived in the Turlock area for more then 15 years. Jim served in the Army Air Force during World War II.
Jim is survived by his only daughter, Bernice Roberts of Goose Creek, SC.
