Jessie Lee Estep, 79, of Waterford passed away on Saturday, Dec. 18 at Elness Convalescent Hospital. She was born and raised in Lamesa, Texas to J.T. and Eda Rollins.   For many years Jessie worked as a nurse’s aide at St. Rose Hospital in Hayward.  In 1973, she moved to Waterford and went to work for Tri-Valley Growers where she remained for 20 years.  She enjoyed dancing and travelling. She was a member of the Waterford Church of Christ.

Jessie is survived by her children, Patricia Rodrigues of Manteca, Karel (Mike) Brady of Gustine, Wanda (Wood) Estep and Susan (Gary) Estep-White, both of Turlock, and Shirley (Gary) Cipponeri of Modesto; sister, Nadine Rhodabarger of Indio; nine grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 23 in Gustine.
