Jim is survived by his loving wife, Nancy Fox; children, Dr. Donald (Brenda) Fox, Douglas (Kim) Fox, Richard (Sheri) Fox, Jean Costa, Jamie (James) Myers, Janae Costa, Justin (Ashley) Costa, as well as 7 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind siblings, June Vandergriff, Marian (John) Alves, Shirley (Kay) Kajiwara, David (Sandra) Fox, and Michael (Beth) Fox. 

Jim was predeceased by his wife of 41 years, LeAnn Fox; parents, Thomas and Zorma Fox; siblings, Thomas R. Fox and Patricia Morrison; and his sweet great-granddaughter, Hadley Fox. 

Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church in Turlock on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at 8:00 a.m., with visitation from 8:15 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., and Mass beginning at 10:00 a.m. Interment, with military honors, will be held at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery in Santa Nella, California on Friday April 10, 2015 at 9:30 a.m.
