Trey was born in Modesto California to parents Howard Carlton Ruble Junior and Nola Raines Ruble. Trey has three sisters, Kathleen Oliver, Dianne Deckard and Jeanne Kaiser. He married the love of his life, Nancy Deldotto, on May 15, 1987. Trey graduated from Turlock high school and enlisted in the United States Army where he served in the Vietnam war. Trey worked for the United States Postal Service after serving in the Army. He is survived by his wife, sisters, two daughters Mollie Ruble and Kelly Saragoza and five grandchildren, as well as nieces Randee and Tracee Farlinger, Brie Kaiser and nephew Isaac Oliver. Trey was the star around which the entire family orbited. He was fiercely loving, loyal, and funny.
