Hortense “Holly” Perez peacefully passed away on February 6, 2019 in her home with family by her side.  Daughter of the late Victor and Maria Ochoa, Holly was born September 1, 1934 in Chandler, AZ.  She was raised and attended school in Dos Palos, CA.  At the age of 18 Holly married Richard Perez January 18, 1953 at Sacred Heart church in Dos Palos. They made their first home together in Firebaugh, Calif.  They moved to Turlock in 1963 where Holly worked for over 3 decades as an accountant for various CPA firms.  She attended CSUS where she earned her BA in business.  Holly was a member of Sacred Heart church in Turlock and Young Ladies Institute, she loved serving in her church, going places with her family, reading , movies and doing her crossword puzzles.

Holly is survived by her husband of 66 years, Richard Perez, daughter Lisa Wagner (Bob), Sons Richard Perez (Joanne) and Michael Perez.  Grandchildren Bobby Wagner (Melina) and Elizabeth Perez.  Great grandchildren Trinity, Eden and Faith Wagner.

Family and Friends are invited to attend a funeral service at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery 32053 McCabe Rd, Santa Nella, CA 95322 on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 11:30 a.m.  A celebration of life will immediately follow at Pea Soup Anderson’s, 12411 CA-33 Santa Nella.

In lieu of flowers, the Perez family would be honored if donations were made to Alzheimers/Dementia Association
