Georgia L. Sayers, loving wife and mother passed away at home Friday, Oct. 7, 2016 surrounded by her husband and family. Georgia was born Sept. 18, 1937 in Gustine, CA. Her family relocated to Turlock where she graduated from Turlock High School. She met then married Billy N. Sayers on Jan. 28, 1956 in Reno, NV. 

Georgia was a homemaker who loved her family and enjoyed gardening and writing poetry. She was preceded in death by her parents Manuel and Louise Santos and three brothers, Eddie, Eugene and Manuel Santos.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Billy N. Sayers of Keyes, CA. Her children; Bobby Sayers of Arbuckle, Billy Joe Sayers of Stockton, Ron Sayers of Salem, OR, Deborah Amos of Turlock, Steve Sayers of Twin Falls, ID, Sheila D. Boer of Turlock, Terina Martens of Syracuse, UT and Shelly Sayers of Turlock. 25 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.

Georgia’s service will be private.
