Donna Salazar-Chavez, 60, of Turlock, passed away at Stanford Medical Center after an extended illness. Donna was born in Los Angeles to Donald and Lupe Salazar. She was preceded in death by her father. She is survived by her husband Henry Chavez, mother Lupe Salazar; children: Carlos Cordero Jr. of Turlock, Lenny Cordero of LA, Donnia Sarah (Ricky) Madrigal of Turlock, Frankie Costellanos of Atwater, and Isaac Chavez of Turlock; nine grandchildren, one great –grandchild, and six siblings.
 A Prayer Service will be held on Friday, May 10th, 6:00 pm, at New Life International Ministries, Delhi, CA. Celebration of Life will be at Allen Mortuary on Saturday, May 11th at 10:00 am followed by burial at Turlock Memorial Park. Please leave memories and condolences at www.allenmortuary.com.
