Died without much notice 29, December 2020. 

Retired TID employee, builder of exquisite custom cars and motorcycles.  Loved by many for his wit, jokes, and personality.  He is truly missed. 

Preceded in death by wife, Julie Santos Terrell (November 2019) and wife Pam Guyer Terrell (July 1991).
