Carol Ann Sizemore passed away peacefully on July 26, 2024 in Modesto at the age of 70. Carol was born on December 30, 1953 in California to parents, James and Anna Morrow. She has been a resident of Modesto for the past 39 years.

Carol was a unique and memorable individual. She cared deeply for her family and friends. She was generous and thoughtful and the world was a more interesting place with her in it. She will be dearly missed.

Carol leaves behind her companion of 40 years, Carlyle R. Mathews, her children, David Sizemore, Jr. and Kari Rice, her grandchildren, Morgan Sizemore, D.J. Sizemore, Dorian Rice and Lucian Rice. She also leaves behind a brother, James Morrow. She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother, George Morrow.

Franklin & Downs Funeral Home is honored to serve Carol’s family. A celebration of her life will be help privately at a late date.
