Bobby High, 66, of Hilmar, passed away in Stanford, Calif. on Nov. 28. A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 5 at Allen Mortuary, 247 N. Broadway in Turlock.
Bobby was born March 1943, in Lancaster, Calif., the son of late Clarence and Ida High. He was raised in Wichita, Kansas until he settled in Hilmar 25 years ago. Bobby retired from driving trucks for Foster Farms at the age of 65. He was an avid fisherman.
He is survived by his wife, Laqueta High of Hilmar; children, Becky, Parry, Larry and Dean; sister, Helen Carrole; and brother, Howard High. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; one great grandchild; and his aunt, Lola Gamez.
