Alicia Conger, 26, of Turlock, passed away Friday in an automobile accident. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sept. 23 at Allen Mortuary. The funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. on Sept. 24 at Allen Mortuary.
Alicia was born to Vickie Halladay and Brook Hair and raised in the Modesto area. Anyone who knew Alicia loved her and learned to love themselves a little more. Alicia had a way of rubbing off on you, because she was beautiful and charming, both inside and out. Alicia loved poetry, drawing and her “karaoke,” but more importantly Alicia loved her “Liligans” or as we knew her, Lilian.
Alicia is survived by her husband, Zachary Conger of Turlock; daughter, Lily Conger; mother, Vicki Halladay of Modesto; father, Brook Hair of Ceres; grandparents, Ilene and Herman Hair of Ceres; sisters, Amber Hair of Modesto, Sarah Hair and Rachel Hair, both of Ceres.
