Six-year-old Raymond Stuart, the youngest member of the Sons of the American Legion, collected $137.50 to contribute to the Sons of the American Legion's Child Welfare Fund which provides grants to organizations that aim to help children in America. He presented his donation to the State Commander for the Sons of the American Legion Chris Affolter and Post 88 Squadron Commander Dave Medeiros at a dinner event on Friday.
