Turlock was well represented at the 97th annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City on Thursday thanks to a group of Bodies Electric dancers from the Deborah Morgan Dance Studio. The group of Reagan Silva, Maren Areias, Paige Henderson, Jillian Garcia, Caley Bohanan, Blake Chambers, Keira Ficher and Audrey Barnard walked the nearly three miles of parade route that began at West Central Park and concluded at Macy’s Herald Square on 34th Street in Manhattan. The 2023 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade was nationally broadcasted on NBC. A replay of the parade can be viewed on the Associated Press YouTube channel.
