The Central Park Evening Market brought vendors and patrons alike to Downtown Turlock during its grand opening Thursday night. As local band The Nines performed in the middle of Central Park, shoppers like Darci Viss stocked up on fresh strawberries. In addition to fruits and vegetables, there were also items such as wine, preservatives and jewelry available for purchase along with food trucks for hungry patrons. The market also provided entertainment for children in the form of a bounce house and a cookie decorating station, where Turlockers Aubree Carillo and Leona DeLeon passed the time.
