After the pandemic forced the Central Valley Association of Realtors’ Turlock branch outdoors last year for their annual CanTree fundraiser, the event returned with a bang this year to raise $40,000 in gross profit for local philanthropies. Organizers this week were able to present Turlock Together with $16,000, which will be used to help feed the city’s citizens who are most in need during the holiday season. Funds raised will also go toward scholarships for high school students, thanks in part to the 425 attendees at this year’s event held at The Grand Oak.
