For the 42nd year, Turlock residents will speed their way to the finish line in hopes of winning Thanksgiving dinner as contestants in the annual City of Turlock Fun Run Turkey Trot. The Turkey Trot is held annually at Donnelly Park, and this year, Turlock’s fastest community members will have the opportunity to win prizes from local businesses such as Raley’s, Safeway, Lulu’s Ice Cream Parlor, Main Street Footers, Foster Farms, Gemperle Farms and Sunnyside Farms. “It’s an activity which promotes health and wellness in community,” said Turkey Trot chair Mark Crivelli.
