Los Posadas

Los Posadas: Historic Sutter Creek has brought a contemporary one-night version of Las Posadas, a festive Christmas tradition, to life in a heartwarming evening. This year the event will start at 6 p.m. Saturday. Join Joseph and Mary on her burro as they make their way through town looking for shelter. Meet at the Immaculate Conception Church (Spanish and Amelia Streets) at 6 p.m. for a candle and a song booklet.

Wellness Art Club: The Carnegie Arts Center will host the Wellness Art Club from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. Led by Recreational Therapist, Jesse Hunt, this free event will include artmaking as a coping skill and lifestyle lessons to support positive mental health. The Carnegie is located at 250 N. Broadway, Turlock.

Lodi Festival of Trees

Lodi’s Festival of Trees: Festival of Trees is an annual tradition at the San Joaquin County Museum. The 32nd annual celebration of the holidays featuring, crafts, entertainment, food, and beautifully decorated Christmas trees will be held Friday through Sunday at the San Joaquin County Historical Museum at Micke Grove. The limited preview event will be held from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Friday. The main event will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. The museum is located at 11793 N. Micke Grove Rd. in Lodi. Lighted Boat Parade: Delta Reflections Lighted Boat Parade, also known as The Lynn Hahn Memorial Parade, is a yearly event to entertain the community and raise funds for charity. This year’s event will begin at 5 p.m. Saturday along River Drive in Stockton. This year’s charity is the Wounded Warrior Foundation.

Jose Feliciano: Jose Feliciano will take the stage to perform “Feliz Navidad” and his astonishing array of hits from an iconic six-decade career in concert State Theater in Modesto at 7:30 p.m. Sunday.
