The Carnegie Arts Center has set aside the month of January each year to host a Project Space exhibition. In the Project Space for January 2025 the CAC is presenting four Central Valley printmakers in a show titled “Valley Voices.” Works by Christopher Garcia, Magdalena Gonzales Lomeli, Ruben Sanchez, and Marisa Segovia will be featured, and different printmaking media and techniques will be included.

“January is a great time in our schedule to try something new or experimental or off the beaten path. The condensed time frame for the exhibition – just three to four weeks – means everything is less formal and more flexible. Visitors will experience something intimate, engaging, and maybe a little unexpected,” said CAC Director Lisa McDermott.

The exhibition will be on view from Jan. 7 – Feb. 1, 2025. The artists will be available to talk about their work with visitors during a free public reception on from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Jan. 10.
