As part of the Pitman High football homecoming activities, the Pride student body will be voting on this year’s Homecoming King and Queen. The candidates are: Abram Mendoza, Chase Martin, Cristian Perez, David Garcia, Gabriel Irigoyen, Grant Day, Isaac Saucedo, Joshua Abadi, Zander Catlett, Allyssa Stout, Amalia Silva, Danica Zamora, Evelyn Soto, Genesis Anguiano, Janessa Medina, Mia Peterson, Thalia Serrato, and Vianka Del Real.

The Pitman Homecoming Parade will be held at 2:20 p.m. Friday on the school’s campus. The event is open to the public.

This year’s Pitman homecoming parade grand marshal will be Jim Loforti. He has donated his time and resources to the Pitman campus for over 20 years. Loforti has had five kids graduate from Pitman High School. He is extremely generous to anything Pitman and is always there to jump in to help and support PHS fundraisers, HOCO floats, FFA projects, Boosters Club Fundraisers, Pitman Development Foundation, and more.

The Pride (0-4) will be hosting the Atwater Falcons (3-1) in nonconference action at 7 p.m. Friday at Joe Debely Stadium.
