The Turlock Police Department received 1,047 calls from Jan. 3 to Jan. 9. The calls included 801 for service and 246 were officer-initiated. The department took 113 reports and made 33 arrests. There were 31 traffic collisions and two DUIs.

TUESDAY

• Mailbox damage and/or theft was reported at 3:16 a.m. on Sunbird Drive.

• An auto theft was reported at 8:56 a.m. on Oleander Lane.

• A strong-armed robbery was reported at 12:26 p.m. on Geer Road.

• A larceny was reported at 1:36 p.m. on N. Tully Road.

• An auto theft was reported at 8:04 a.m. on W. Zeering Road.

• A larceny was reported at 9:10 a.m. on Countryside Drive.

• A burglary was reported at 11:16 a.m. on W. Tuolumne Road.
